Returns

  • You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be arranged through an alternative method agreed upon with you.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
